Position: Communications Manager
Location: 100% Remote role: Tempe, AZ (1st preference); San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin, TX.
Duration: 6 months + Extendable
We are looking for an experienced contractor to work with our SVB Internal Communications team for support of our Risk and Compliance communications. The ideal candidate is someone who cares deeply about informing, engaging and inspiring our global workforce at a company whose purpose is to ‘fuel innovation for a better world.’ The candidate selected for this role has a drive to deliver effective, creative and timely communications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working well as a member of a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit a wide range of writing assignments across multiple companywide channels (Intranet, email, digital signage, broadcasts)
- Work closely with business partners to understand their communication needs, provide needed expertise and deliver timely content
- Support key internal events
- Work cross functionally across teams, businesses and functions to ensure alignment
- Engages stakeholders and builds strong relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
