PROUDLY SERVING COUNTER CULTURE COFFEE - TEAM MEMBER / BARISTA

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

We are now hiring for Team Member and Barista positions for our Kate Weiser Chocolate and Cake Bar inside the DFW Airport Terminal D Extension. Our team members and Barista's will be trained to work at Cake Bar and Kate Weiser Chocolate as they are behind the same counter.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS ARE LISTED BELOW:

1) You must possess two valid forms of government issued identification that are in great condition - no tears, creases, lamination, etc.

2) You must be able to pass an FBI Fingerprint check to obtain a security badge

3) You must have FULL availability to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

4) You must have reliable transportation to the Airport

Team Member / Barista:

We recently new locations inside the DFW Terminal D Extension terminal including a combination counter store that includes Counter Culture Coffee, Cake Bar, and Kate Weiser Chocolate. Employees who work in this location will be trained on cashier and barista duties as well as being a part of the overall team.

When working as a cashier, you can earn up to $21 per hour with your wage + gratuities!!

The team member/ Barista position requires employees to have great communication skills, outgoing personalities, professional appearance, ability to interact positively with all co-workers and guests and have overall good salesmanship. They will handle a cash bank and deal directly with customers. They will also stock, set up, break down, and clean during their shift. Cleaning duties may include washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables inside a food court or dining room.

These positions require employees to lift up to 30 pounds with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting.

He / She works the entire 8-hour shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the entire shift is required. He / She may work in close-quarter environments with hot temperatures.
