In 2006, Drew French visited the small volcanic island of Ischia, Italy, and was inspired by the region’s use of brick ovens to create perfectly cooked pizzas. Beyond the delicious food, Drew was struck by the experience of it all—the culture of gathering around a table to share a meal, everyone with their own personal pizza, custom made just the way they like it. Job Summary

Team members work with the General Manager and Shift Managers to ensure an all-around amazing guest experience. They assist with daily preparation, construction, and service of all menu items with focus on restaurant cleanliness and safe food handling practices.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Demonstrate all core values that uphold the mission of Your Pie
  • Prepare a variety of menu items in an accurate and efficient manner and assume 100% responsibility for quality of products serve
  • Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, refrigerators, and oven
