TEAM MEMBER
You are on the front line in the middle of all the action. Team Members prep dough and toppings, guide customers through the ordering process, make delicious pizzas, and teach customers how to get the perfect bake. Your number one focus is connecting with customers so they look forward to coming back again and again.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR
You lead the front-line team. It’s your responsibility to make sure our customers get the best pizza and service every visit by giving the team clear goals, keeping the group focused, and solving unexpected problems. There’s always a new challenge to tackle. Sure, this may be work, but it’s definitely not boring.
STORE MANAGER
You are the fearless leader. And you really, really love pizza. And business. And the pizza business. You guide the team to profitable sales, high Papa Murphy’s standard ratings, and top-notch customer service, while you create a rewarding culture with lots of positive energy. Your experience, passion, and pride drives the store team to success.
