Job description

Mission for Team Leader: Maintenance of day-to-day operation of store as well as meeting at least the previous years gross profit numbers or 80% of store goal.

Further Responsibilities:

  • Comply with budgets in scheduling and avoid Overtime without prior authorization

  • Protects the company's assets including, but not limited to phones, accessories, computers at the store. The store manager bears full responsibility regarding missing devices or cash items without proper explanation.

  • Maintain accessory shrinkage below $50/Month

  • Ensures store is always covered and staffed. When employees of store call in, store manager is the first line of contact to cover the store. In the event of store manager leaving town, a prior notification to supervisor is a must to avoid disruption of store operation.

  • Daily count sheet of phone and ensuring phones, including demos, are inside the boxes and not scanning blindly.

  • If no designated store manager at designated store, team lead must Adhere to closing two shifts out of five shifts in a given week and those closing shifts must be Fridays and Saturday. Must not take two consecutive days without prior written authorization from supervisor. No changes to schedule without prior authorization from supervisor.

  • Coaches sales associate to meet their weekly/monthly target using velocity

  • Responsible for the day to day operation such as inventory counts, deposits, store supplies, overall organization &cleanliness, merchandizing, processing returns, scheduling

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Retail/ sales experience.
  • Preferred wireless sales experience.
