The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Team Lead to join the RPS Money Out team. This will be a fully remote, work from home opportunity.

Background Details
As the Team Lead for the RPS Money Out team, you will assist the manager with day-to-day needs of the team. This will include daily contact with internal and external customers regarding outstanding work, providing real-time feedback and coaching to team members, supporting team centric and ongoing training and development, tracking team quality, preparing productivity reports, handling escalations, and assisting team members with questions or support needs. You will also be responsible for the development of assigned individuals within the team with oversight by your leader, as you work to develop personally into a future people manager/leadership opportunity. What you'll be doing
  • You will provide honest and open feedback to team members regarding performance. You will also mentor and coach less experienced team members by sharing knowledge.
  • You will identify team member strengths and/or opportunities for development, assist the manager in providing routine training and development opportunities for team members and recommend training and development opportunities. You will also assign stretch assignments to team members to aid development.
  • You will help track metrics through consistent reporting and participate in special project work. You will also act as a point of contact for any system issues.
  • You will identify, recommend, and champion process improvements that will enhance current processes, reduce redundancy, help eliminate errors and enhance the customer experience. You will also support and promote change management for the team
What we’re looking for
Must-have experience (Required):
  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s).
  • 0-1+ Years of operations and/or process experience directly related to the responsibility of this position.
  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to work successfully with external customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):
  • RPS Operations experience and/or knowledge of RPS Ops Administration processes and procedures.
  • Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Solid relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues).
