OPEN INTERVIEWS for Caregivers/DSPs, Team Leads, and Program Supervisors!
When: EVERY Tuesday in January from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Where: 1220 Industrial Ave, Suite C in Hiawatha
THRIVE AS A LEAD DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL AT SEVITA. EACH DAY, YOU’LL
- Transportation and support out int he community: outings/field trips, medical appointments, and shopping
- Assist with daily living skills including meal preparation, medication administration, personal hygiene, grooming, and/or bathing, etc.
- Provide guidance on a range of development goals from community participation, budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and supporting vocational goals
- Assist individuals we serve to redirect agitated, inappropriate or aggressive behaviors
- Competitive Pay: Hourly rate of $19.00 and full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
