Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service to service customers who are paying their service bills.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Answer questions about bills as needed or obtain other support from service managers/ASM for assistance.
- Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
- Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Organized and friendly personality
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to keep up in fast-paced environment
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
