The Teaching Excellence Office Assistant position will perform a range of administrative support and/or clerical duties, remotely with some in-person requirements for Empowering Teaching Excellence, typically 10-15 per week hours. This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings/conferences, and assisting student workers.
- Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and weekly announcements.
- Composes and word-processes various standard documents and correspondence and contributes to planning marketing materials.
- Performs office duties, including data entry, digital file organizing, appointment scheduling, and other general duties as assigned.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
