Overview:
The Teaching Excellence Office Assistant position will perform a range of administrative support and/or clerical duties, remotely with some in-person requirements for Empowering Teaching Excellence, typically 10-15 per week hours. This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings/conferences, and assisting student workers.
  • Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and weekly announcements.
  • Composes and word-processes various standard documents and correspondence and contributes to planning marketing materials.
  • Performs office duties, including data entry, digital file organizing, appointment scheduling, and other general duties as assigned.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Advertised Salary: $17.00 per hour ADA:
Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
