Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 (based on experience)


Manage a high-volume flow of candidates through the life cycle of the recruitment process. Maintain job postings, screen applications, source candidates, and conduct interviews to support an effective recruiting process.


Responsibilities


  • Manage a recruiting pipeline, including identifying staffing needs, scheduling and conducting interviews, and conducting reference checks and screenings.
  • Post open requisitions to our website and other sources such as social media and job boards.
  • Maintain relationships with operations leaders and hiring managers and provide support throughout the onboarding process and for issues with screenings/next steps.
  • Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure they fit the job and company culture.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for candidates throughout every step of the hiring and onboarding process. Coordinate on-site leadership walkthroughs with potential candidates.
  • Handle transfers, promotions, and changes for salaried team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, veteran agencies, and employment agencies.
  • Provide support for senior recruiters as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Management and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • AIRS Certifications or enrollment in AIRS certification courses preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications
