ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively searches and works on multiple client requirements on a daily basis in search of clinical, allied, or professional qualified candidates.
  • Interviews, screens, negotiates, and coordinates potential candidates for interviews with clients
  • Networks, Researches and initiates new avenues to find top quality applicants
  • Attend Career Fairs and other hiring events to promote our openings and market our services
  • Other duties as assigned and as required to fully perform the responsibilities

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Strong sense of internal motivation and drive to hit departmental goals
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Adapts well to changes within a growing company
  • Demonstrates a functional level of proficiency with computers and the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, online recruiting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
