We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to utilize channels such as sourcing tools, networking, referrals, job boards, and associations to qualify and build relationships within the technical community. This person will be an integral part of our recruiting team and will have the ability to significantly contribute to the culture, growth, and values of SDG.

SDG's Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing talent through various channels including sourcing tools, social channels, referrals, job boards, events, our applicant tracking system, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, the recruiting team, and the broader operations team
  • Build and sustain a network of IT professionals, providing a positive candidate experience to all candidates in process and over time
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand SDG’s hiring profiles, and find quality talent to match them
  • Be a trusted and respected ambassador for the organization
  • Continuously seek new ways to source new talent, and improve the sourcing process
  • Assist recruiting team in other recruitment related activities such as: social media planning, attending conferences, planning for conferences, job postings, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in some capacity (coordination, sourcing, interviewing, etc.), preferred
  • General knowledge of principles and practices of recruiting and the technology industry
  • Eager and willing to learn new tools, processes, and talent profiles
  • Possess superior problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Passionate about recruiting, driven, and can work in a team environment and independently
  • Action-oriented, proactive and motivated by results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
