About the Role:

We are actively seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to manage our full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy.

This is a great position for an experienced Recruiter who is looking for their next challenge. The Talent Acquistion Partner will play a pivotal role in creating and continuously improving our overall recruitment strategy and processes. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to influence without authority, and dedication to a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing full cycle recruitment from role kickoff to hire
  • Continuously looking for ways we can provide a more positive candidate experience and improve our interview process
  • Relaying trends in the current talent market back to the HR Director and forming recommendations on how we can react to those trends
  • Developing partnerships with other organizations that can assist in adding to and diversifying our candidate pipeline
  • Assist HR Director in career branding efforts and projects
  • Create and continuously update interview training to provide to any DelCorians actively participating in interviewing candidates

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years recruiting experience
  • 2-3 years tech recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Succeeds working in an autonomous role in a highly collaborative environment
  • Process-oriented but comfortable working in a growing organization with regularly changing situations
