Two Creeks Ventures is a franchisee for Take 5 Oil Change, the fastest growing quick lube brand in the US. Take 5 is about giving our customers fast and friendly service through our “stay in your car” drive-thru format. We are actively seeking new team members from all backgrounds to join us in opening several new stores across the Front Range of Colorado. What does a Lube Technician do to deliver exceptional service and exceed our customers’ expectations?

• Assist the customer in selecting oil type and other services
• Perform engine oil and oil filter changes
• Inspect and top off automotive fluids
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Replace air/cabin filters and windshield wipers
• Process payment for services performed
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the shop floor
• Maintain the store organization and cleanliness
• Utilize Take 5’s extensive internal resources to pursue your own growth path

Good to Know Before You Start!

• We will give you extensive training to master our relatively simple automotive services performed the Take 5 Oil Change way.
• You will need to always be alert and aware of your surroundings. We emphasize safety first!
• You must be able to physically maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position our technicians safely under our customers’ cars.
• You must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities that involve holding, grasping, pulling and turning.
• While we will work to ensure the comfort of our work spaces, you will occasionally work in hot/cold weather conditions because of our open bay concept (weather permitting).
• You will need to have reliable transportation to/from work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Strong retail and customer-facing (Preferred)
