How You Will Contribute

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join the South Oxford Management LLC team. We are seeking an individual that will be responsible for systems management/training and support efforts for our communities! This right candidate will assist with managing some of our platforms including Yardi, RentCafe, HappyCo, Yardi, Blue Moon, Aspire, and more!


Things You Will Do

  • Systems:

    • Manage property onboarding and off boarding in RentCafe and create guides and checklist for doing so
    • Implement additional features in RentCafe
    • Respond to support tickets and coordinate with Yardi when required
    • Answer helpdesk tickets and perform ledger corrections and other data corrections.
    • Test and research new products & tools to optimize productivity
    • This position will have significant responsibility in the analysis, development, and implementation of major system initiatives.
    • Focus on opportunities to improve the perception of service throughout the resident lifecycle
    • Assist with new acquisitions onboarding and team member onboarding
  • Team Member Development:

    • Create training materials and quick guides to ensure our teams have the support and materials they need
    • Make sure our SOPs match up with our procedures & collaborate with team members, when they don't
    • Coach and develop team members in systems
    • Recommend techniques and tools to enhance systems use

Things You Need

  • Five plus years of property management
  • Two plus years working with RentCafe Site Manager as an administrator
  • Technically savvy and an expert in MS Office products
  • Three plus years experience in a support or training role
  • Excellent customer service skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
  • 2 + Years SQL server experience
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
