HID’s Installation Team:

The Installation team is responsible for traveling to clients’ sites around the world to install InvoTech software applications (Systems) such as Uniform/Linen/Laundry Inventory tracking software and train the users. Clients include hotels/casinos/theme parks/hospitals. Working closely with end-users and local IT, the Systems Specialist will provide consultation to client management regarding the implementation of the Systems into the operations of their departments, configuring Systems SQL and App servers and client workstations, and participate in the planning stage of new installations, as well as follow-up procedures after the installation/training phase is completed. This role will also perform customer support/help-desk functions for existing clients and assist with QA testing for product development and software releases.



As our Systems Specialist, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Quickly identifying problems and providing a solution with minimal downtime
  • Performing data manipulation (SQL queries)
  • Providing consultation on systems provided
  • Providing system software update (software release)
  • Providing remote system training
  • Troubleshooting hardware
  • Creating customized system database
  • Installing software application and necessary equipment
  • Training users on software usage and use of equipment
  • Assisting client on daily operations and supervise the end-users
  • Logging all technical details in CRM

  • Demonstrates strong operational and analytical abilities, with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing with all employees, customers, and vendors (ability to communicate in a non-technical manner if needed)

Your Experience and Education include:

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in a computer science or technical field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Server (Standalone, Network or VM)
  • 2+ years of solid SQL knowledge (server setup, database, and queries)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and tech support
  • Knowledge of network cabling, switches/hubs, routers, firewalls, network diagnostic tools, network operating systems and TCP/IP protocol.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.


The base salary for CA is $76,000 to $86,464. The OTE is up to $96,071.
