Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000 USD annually + Benefits (+ Bonus)

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, exact compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented individual to join us as a Time System Specialist in our Othello Washington Facility. As the successful candidate, you will assist all factory departments in auditing daily labor usage accounts, facilitation of prompt and accurate payroll processing, as well as payment for vacation and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily, review all messages recorded on Timekeeping Message Line and log all calls for reporting purposes. Edit timecards as necessary for timekeeping purposes.

• Reviews daily labor usage. Revises cost centers in Kronos as needed to ensure labor is appropriately allocated to each cost center, including modified duty employees/volunteer reassignment schedule and trade slips. Enters job upgrades as necessary. Forwards attendance issues to Human Resources for tracking.

• Maintain SAP/Kronos daily download reports for job award updates to Kronos as necessary. Update daily time cards as needed until job award process is complete.

• Inputs PTO hours for payment. Enters mid-year PTO payout requests. Determines end of year PTO balance for all hourly employees and enters final vacation payout.

• Creates hourly holiday payment file and maintains records of holiday payments per company policy.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of office administration experience

• This position requires a general knowledge of the functions of each department

• Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written

• Strong computer skills including knowledge of word processing, excel spreadsheets, data-based software, presentation software, email and web browsers

• Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to foster positive working relationships

• Strong organizational skills
