Systems AdministrationDetails:
Cisco VOIP Administrator with Jabber experience, in the Cincinnati, OH area to join our cyber team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the required service level objectives for VOIP services through active monitoring and technology enhancements.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have an active Secret or Top Secret Clearance, Security + Certification (or equivalent), and experience with the listed technologies below.
Cisco VOIP Administrator Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand build documentation and processes for all identified technology solutions
- Support the full deployment and configuration of Cisco telecom infrastructure
- Participating in and coordinating various deployment activities
- Implements DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
- Active Security Clearance
- Security+ Certification (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of experience in VOIP Administration experience
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Jabber
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Cisco VOIP integrations
