NELOGIS is seeking a Supply Systems Analyst to support DLA Distribution Guam, Marianas (DDGM). DDGM’s primary mission is to manage and execute efficient and effective receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, Care of Supplies in Storage, stock control, stock selection, issue processing, packing, shipping, and distribution of repair parts and secondary items in support of on-base, local, and worldwide customers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes transactions/data to determine problem area.
• Determine the feasibility of consolidating, eliminating, or expanding interrelated supply systems functions; provides the impact of new/proposed changes to the system/regulations.
• Coordinates with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems, and researches functional problem area.
• Performs as the DLA Warehouse Management System -Distribution Standard System (DSS) POC to serve as the focal point for the Government in receiving communication and responding to information pertaining to DSS.
• Performs DSS-MIS functions to support all warehousing functions, DSS-MIS; and serves as the QMF query writer to write new queries as required.
• Uses DSS and other Government Data Systems.

• Must have previous experience working at a DLA Distribution Facility
• Required knowledge of a broad range of supply program relationships in order to conduct studies, reviews, and investigations include a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Quality Control field.
• Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures is required to manage and control material through the receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and/or transportation functions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using DSS or equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past 5 years
• Living in Guam a plus

Position is Full Time Positions (40 hrs per week).
