Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of coordination, collection, organization, and analysis of Service Partner pricing/scenarios/benefits for RFP requirements for potential and existing Clients. Analyze, organize, and publish Service Partner data through quality reporting and analysis for use within the GSPR department and the departments we support. Track, report, and reconcile Service Partner revenue streams. Provide accounting support and reporting for the GSPR department and Service Partner network.

Job Duties:

RFP Collection and Analysis

• Work directly with Sales Team to respond to new client RFP, RFI, & RFQ requests.
• Work directly with CRM Team to respond to internal pricing projects and scenarios for current Clients and Transferee moves.
• Gain full understanding of pricing scenarios, special requirements, pricing currency and timeline.
• Disseminate and collect competitive pricing requests to/from applicable SMEs and/or Service Partners
• Evaluate responses collected from SMEs, perform FX Exchange calculations, if required, and prepare final response, ensuring submission of best or most appropriate pricing to show most favorably in the RFP

Pricing

• Create and maintain pricing matrix for all Service Categories managed by GSPR department.
• Continually review and collaborate with SP Relationship Management team on current programs and make suggestions for improvements in pricing and value.
• Assist in contract negotiations with new and current Service Partners, regarding pricing.

Finance/Accounting

• Use standards to track, and report on SP escrows, referrals, marketing, leads and LMS payments.
• Reconcile referral follow-ups in Orbit system and contribute to new process for tracking revenue in new ERP project.
• Provide support to Relationship Managers and Service Partners on accounting related requests.

GSPR Data Analyst & Support

• Provide recurring and ad-hoc analytic reporting for use within the department and company.
• Works with GSPR counterparts to provide valuable industry research and data analysis to be used by Sales, GMS, and CRMs departments.
• Assist in projects as needed to support department and company goals and directives.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, manipulate and interpret data, including report generation and/or metric development.
• Time management skills with the proven ability to prioritize activities to completion.
• RFP Pricing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Access or similar software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
