The YMCA is seeking excited team members to join our After School Program as Counselors in schools across Waco ISD. This is a rewarding opportunity to help Children in your area learn and grow through play as well as build a rewarding career working with Children!
We are looking for outstanding role models to come and help us create a great place for K – 5th graders to grow and learn.
This part-time opportunity requires you to be available Monday - Friday from 2:30 – 6:30 pm. During the summer we run Monday – Friday from 7am – 6pm. In exchange for your time and willingness to have fun, we pay between $11 and $12 per hour, depending on your experience, and offer a number of great incentives including:

You’ll get to lead groups of kids through exciting curriculum and activities such as painting, playing, coloring and singing.
All we need from you is:
- A Positive attitude
- Willingness to get paid to play
- That you are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Pay Rate: $11.00 to $12.00/hour
