To deliver on this promise, we are building the largest immersive venue in the world, MSG Sphere at The Venetian in Las Vegas ROLE SUMMARY: During events, the Runner provides food & beverage service as well as overall hospitality to guests in Suites. This individual also assists with general set-up including pre-event, during and post event operations while exhibiting a warm, friendly and professional demeanor to build relationships that will enhance the guest experience.

What will you do?

• Delivers food and beverages to and from the suites and kitchen; receives assignments and follows delivery procedures accordingly.
• Assists suite attendants with any issues and notifies chefs and managers of any discrepancies.
• Delivery of dry, cold, and hot food items to appropriate suites and at the appropriate times.
• Breaks down assigned pantry while ensuring proper cleanliness and organization.
• Assists attendants with any closing procedures as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-end restaurant, hotel, suite or catering environment.
• Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations; adheres to TEAM training guidelines.
• Will have knowledge of Nevada Board of Health food handling guidelines and possesses the proper food handling certifications
• Must have the ability to execute multiple tasks in a high-pressured environment; can follow instructions as well as standard rules, regulations, checklists, and procedures.
• Must have superior customer service, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends. Runners may also be assigned to work in Catering.

• Must be able to carry up to 50lbs. Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting required.

• Alcohol Certification Card
• Food Handler Safety Training Card
