Job Title: Vacation Home Cleaner (Subcontractor)

Job Summary: Our company is seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to join our team as a subcontractor. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our vacation homes are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our guests' arrivals. This job requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and flexibility in scheduling, as some deep cleans may be required. This is a part-time, seasonal position with the potential for increased hours during peak season. This position offers the benefit of not having to look for jobs as the company provides the clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all rooms in vacation homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens
• Make beds, change linens, and restock towels as necessary
• Ensure that all surfaces are dust-free and floors are vacuumed or swept and mopped
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
• Occasionally perform deep cleans, such as cleaning ovens or washing windows
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow all company procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility in scheduling, as some deep cleans may be required
• Strong communication skills to report maintenance or repair needs to management
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation to get to and from vacation homes
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed

Compensation Package:

Compensation is a 60/40 split, with the subcontractor receiving 60% of the total fee charged to the client

• The subcontractor is responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies and equipment
• This is a part-time, seasonal position with the potential for increased hours during peak season

Pay: $75.00 - $250.00 per day
