Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Studio Production Manager who is a technician at heart, but is comfortable designing smaller graphic projects independently or with minimal direction. The right candidate should have experience developing high variable, omni-channel versioning and understand how to align agility template initiatives.


This person will manage a team of production artists and support creative that follows brand guidelines and aligns to state regulations within multiple channels including display, site, social, email, flyers, and in-store signage. They will report to the Director of Creative and closely collaborate with Trulieve’s Creative team.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise production team and ensure campaigns release accurately
  • Build, maintain, and release files for digital and print channel formats
  • Set creative production processes, templates, and guidelines
  • Adapt with the market and company’s goals
  • Produce multiple versions of layouts and maintain complete history of revisions
  • Work closely with design team to implement changes in a timely manner
  • Maintain and use consistent naming conventions for assets on server
  • Stay up to date regarding knowledge of current creative processes and publishing software


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Create accurate digital and print assets
  • Motivate, train, and support staff, creating a positive working environment
  • Follow directions and handle corrections quickly and efficiently
  • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while juggling multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail in own work and the work of others
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including XD
  • Excellent photo/image retouching skills
  • Expert knowledge of regulations regarding applicable media (Display, Social, Email etc.)
  • Knowledge of asset database servers and workflow systems
  • Good sense of design aesthetics
  • Excellent time management skills


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to provide an online portfolio displaying body of work

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
