Job description
Primary Responsibilities include the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers, executing pre and post opening duties, running the day to day operation of the studio in accordance with the Policy Book, Procedure Book, and Employee Manual.
Vacuum floors, damp mop visibly soiled areas, unload dishwasher, put items away, front shelves, straighten magnetic tags, fill water pitcher (cold water), fill paint cap pitcher (cold water, dish soap), sharpen pencils, restock tracing paper, make coffee & hot water, restock creamers, sugar, stirrers, check table settings, restock paper towels (kitchen, bath), clean bath room.
Studio Maintenance including placing painted items on the studio rack (check for initials, description, day painted), replace paint caps, wipe clean, reshelf, make coffee, tea, restock bottled water, reset tables quickly, wipe down table top, legs, chairs, sort and shelf finished items, maintain kitchen area, front shelves (when slow).
