Description

The role of the Store Manager is to manage and direct the operation of a TBC Corporation store; engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services. He/she is responsible for the sales, controllable income, customer satisfaction and associate retention of the location and the quality of its operation, in compliance with TBC’s policies and procedures. The Store Manager is responsible for hiring, training, developing and evaluating a staff of employees who exemplify quality service, in all aspects to TBC customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops a strong partnership with the leadership team and corporate support
• Interview and hire associates
• Execute retention tools to promote tenure
• Execute strategies to drive revenue
• Review store KPI’s, P&L’s and Metrics
• Community marketing
• Supervises, motivates and develops employees for promotions
• Exercises strong, fair and consistent leadership with all employees
• Inform customers of vehicle inspection findings and makes service recommendations
• Supervise the flow of cars within the service department
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven track record of success

• Proven track record of success in driving sales, retention and customer service

• Excellent communication skills
• Interviewing experience
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License

• Must be 18 years or Older
