Position: Store Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 Hours shift, Weekend
Pay: $19/hr - $22/hr (DOE)
Location: Alhambra, CA
Job Summary:
The Store Supervisor will work with the store manager and supervise employees at assigned restaurants, ensuring efficient customer service, maintaining food quality, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere to work and eat.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Trains and motivate team members
- Assists in employee discipline and performance evaluations
- Schedules employees under direct supervision at proper staffing levels
- Ensures the restaurant adheres to all company standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolve guest complaints
- Follows company’s policies and procedures and communicates them effectively to team members
- Assists cashier, drinks, kitchen, and all other departments when needed
- Manages store’s financial performance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of computers, POS systems, and various electronic devices
- Able to do repetitious work accurately
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday
- Amazing client/customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Previous food service experience, as well as supervisory or management experience, preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs
- Must be able to be on their feet for an extended period
