Store Manager
Job description
Store Manager - Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to drive store sales and goals with maintaining a high level of customer service. Train employees and evaluate sales tactics for effectiveness and overall customer engagement. Outside and Inside Sales to commercial, government and consumer cell phone and Direct TV products and services.
Qualifications:
- Sales/Management Experience preferred but not necessary
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to travel in Market area, knowledge of surrounding communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
- Track sales metrics and KPIs for progress towards monthly goals
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce
- Self-motivated with excellent prioritization/time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Weekend availability

- Owatonna, MN 55060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
