Team Overview:

Operations Control (ie : OC) staff perform assorted reconciliations to maintain the integrity of a firms’ books and records. These reconciliations are carried out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and are designed to highlight processing discrepancies and alert management of potential problem scenarios and errors made by staff or/and operating systems.


Requirements:
  • Typical reconciliations performed by OC staff include : stock record breaks, DTC breaks, possession or control monitoring, balancing foreign depositories, balancing MMMF accounts, a quarterly box count.
  • Ability to help create and/or maintain Key Risk Indicators (ie : KRIs) is necessary to better control the myriad of different and new business activities in which the firm is engaged.

Qualifications:
  • One to multiple years’ experience reading a firms’ stock record.
  • Knowledge of nostro and depot accounts and their usage.
  • Understanding of SWIFT messaging and SWIFT codes.
  • Knowledge of DTC operating platforms.
  • Experience using Broadridge BPS applications.
  • Additional other Operations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000.
