Our Houston Warehouse is looking for a great candidate to join our Logistics team as a Stock Coordinator to oversee and assist the department.

Title: Stock Coordinator

Supervisor: Logistic Manager
Location: Roche Bobois Warehouse (5809 Green Ash Dr, Houston, TX 77081)
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Perimeter: Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Seattle, San Francisco, Portland, including future opening showrooms.

Responsibilities

STOCK MANAGEMENT

Stock Management

  • Ensure entry accuracy of stock in company's system
  • Verify that all pieces are labelled
  • Organize transfers of stock in company's system

Quickship (Company's stock program)

  • Placing orders
  • Google spreadsheet update
  • Showroom requests
  • Ecolix update and allocation

Inventory

  • Scan and reconcile inventory twice a year
  • Control of inventory throughout the year
  • Assist showroom staff with warehouse inventory questions, photo requests, and product details.

Qualifications

  • Degree and/or 1 to 3 years’ experience in Supply chain / Logistics
  • Highly motivated and detailed follow through
  • Good organizational abilities
  • Effective problem solving
  • Good teamwork as well as ability to work independently as instructed
  • Serious and dedicated at work
  • Ability to work with Excel, Powerpoint and good computer skills
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Inventory management: 1 year (Required)

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and have proven organizational skills
  • 10-key calculator and other basic office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, etc.
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with diverse employee populations at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to demonstrate poise, tactfulness, and diplomacy and have a high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
