This is an exciting opportunity to support the Costuming Inventory team as we pursue our goal of creativity and progress, mixing science and magic to achieve the perfect blend of the right inventory, at the right place, at the right time! You will be on the dynamic team that plays an important part in ensuring we provide the best possible customer service to our sites and cast as we fulfill their costume needs. On any day you could assist with Corporate Character Costume orders, support Operational garment needs, or focus on a site-specific project. Responsibilities/You Will

• Perform SAP transactions such as organizing cycle counts, order processing, and costing that ensures accurate Costume inventory

• Prepare journal entries and lead month-end processing requirements

• Partner with internal Costume team members to reconcile payment or quantities discrepancies with accounts payable

• Prepare documentation for international sales and shipments

• Use software to review, analyze, and quality check data, identifying and elevating discrepancies for resolution

• Help with other projects assigned by leadership

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have

• Experience in inventory transactions and accounts payable

• Experience in forensic accounting

• Experience in a self-directed role

• Experience in a quality control environment

• Experience in a Guest-centric business

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the SAP Warehouse and Inventory Management Software

• Experience using Smartsheet

• Experience with raw materials & finished goods

• Experience with Costuming/Character Warehouse procedures

• Experience partnering with many lines of business

• Experience collecting data or materials to support influential business decisions

Required Education

• Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Liberal Arts

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Liberal Arts
