We are seeking a Staff Accountant to be responsible for performing any accounting duties, from tracking expenses to entering data and completing reports. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the many aspects of accounting and will be able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for an individual with bookkeeping experience to grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Record business expenses and revenue.
- Keep track of payments from clients to make sure they are properly reported to the IRS.
- Reconcile invoices with statements from banks.
- Monitor payments for accuracy.
- Expedite payments for companies.
- Communicate with vendors.
- Prepend a company letterhead on outgoing invoices.
- Write checks to vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,295.00 - $51,801.00 per year
