HealthCARE Express is looking for a Staff Accountant!!
HealthCARE Express operates 17 urgent care facilities, 3 specialty clinics, a medical billing department, and a physical fitness center. All urgent cares are spread across TX, AR, OK, & LA. Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers and journals
- Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Compile, enter, and verify daily deposits
- Complete monthly sales tax
- Enter, pay, and verify credit card charges
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Remain flexible for cross training
- Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice
- Observe, identify, and do what is needed to move us forward in a way that best represents who we are as an organization
- Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's Values
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. However, as with most accounting positions, at times of high activity extra hours may be necessary.
Location: Texarkana, TX (Not a remote position)
Hours: M-F 8-5
Pay: $35,000 & up (D.O.E.)
