Overview:

As our Global Marketing Operations Manager, you are responsible for the management of Blackhawk’s global marketing automation platform, Marketo, and the global marketing team’s CRM initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics. In this role you are globally focused, and support the business by developing, launching, and maintaining global strategies, processes, and programs in collaboration with the Director of Global Marketing Operations, the Global Demand Generation team, Marketing Automation Specialists and the Global Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a vision and lead an execution strategy for core elements of our marketing automation, campaign measurement frameworks and technology implementation.
  • Evaluate, manage, and maintain ownership of an evolving marketing technology stack. Advanced to Expert level experience of Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics is a must. Experience with other Martech platforms (i.e., Drift, Bizible, SalesLoft, Zoominfo) is preferred.
  • Partner with Global Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, and IT to drive additional marketing automation and CRM functionality to support business needs, that includes global expansion, reporting, segmentation, targeting, customer data, etc.
  • Establish, improve, and maintain the processes needed to measure lead qualification and lead lifecycle milestones.
  • Implement and optimize global lead/account scoring (behavioral, firmographic, and predictive models) and lead routing methodologies to ensure highest quality leads are passed and prioritized appropriately for qualification.
  • Manage and ensure day-to-day marketing automation and CRM operations are performing to expectations and SLAs including marketing automation lead lifecycle, global subscription center and campaign architecture.
  • Monitor database hygiene and optimization; develop strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health.
  • Assist in research and evaluation of new vendors/technology that will drive ROI for the business.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, analyze data and identify possible process improvements and systems enhancements that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Keep yourself educated on the latest best practices in operations and marketing automation.
  • Manage relationships with key Marketing technology vendors, including periodic reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo; Marketo Certification preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to quickly identify and correct errors
  • Highly analytical and able to use data to spot trends and always looking for ways to improve system efficiency and performance.
  • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
  • Deep understanding of the B2B enterprise demand funnel lead management process and ABM strategies, including list segmentation, lead scoring and revenue attribution.
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from conception through implementation.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years B2B marketing operations experience with a focus approach to detail, processes and data management.
  • Marketo expert is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across all marketing teams, Sales operations, and IT.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to think globally, partner with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross functional departments.
