The SEO team at AZDS is responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and increasing average order value across a growing base of global clients and websites. Our team combines intense rigor, deep curiosity, and a spirit of innovation to deliver best-in-class search engine optimization results.

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager, SEO, responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision and strategy of search engine optimization, while also proactively identifying new opportunities to expand our client base and new product offerings.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Lead the agency’s overall search engine optimization vision and strategy across all current and future clients, continuously seeking opportunities to refine our approach and grow organic search results.
  • Deep understanding of digital and hospitality best practices for on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, local SEO, page indexing, and link-building.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute day-to-day SEO tactics in support of client goals, respond to client requests, and deliver an exceptionally high level of service at all times.
  • Well-versed in the reporting necessary to monitor site performance and prioritize the most impactful client need – and the ability to present both to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners including client services, development, analytics, and paid media to optimize, measure, and clearly present performance across all digital touchpoints.
  • Experience conducting site audits, forming strategic improvement plans, and executing on the plan in coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to proactively identify potential customers and, in partnership with sales, deliver compelling and measurable recommendations to prospective clients.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
  • 4+ years of direct SEO experience with proven results.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar.
  • Experience creating and optimizing content within WordPress CMS, or similar.
  • Proactive problem-solver, with the ability to distill complex information into easily understood and actionable recommendations.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for practical perfection.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
Compensation and perks:
  • Competitive total compensation based on experience ($60,000 - $100,000)
