Summary:
The Sr. HRIS Analyst serves as the operational expert for human resources information systems providing consultative and analytical services to optimize utilization. The Sr. Analyst takes a lead role in providing standard and ad hoc reports while collaborating with leaders and other stakeholders to define and enhance internal processes and partnering with the IS team to implement system solutions.

Responsibilities:
Gathers reporting requirements from non-technical users. Advises customers in reporting best practices as well as technical opportunities and challenges.

Develops standard and ad hoc reports. Works with customers to ensure data is validated and that the resulting report fulfills the business need that prompted the report request.

Serves a cross functional project lead facilitator and general subject matter expert (SME) for system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

Works closely with other SMEs and stakeholders from across the organization to develop proposals and project plans.

Identifies opportunities to improve the user experience utilizing work flows and configurations.

Communicates proposed changes to the team and follows through until closure.

Serves as the point of contact for troubleshooting day-to-day issues.

Maintains the integrity of system data by defining monitoring and enhancing data governance and business processes.

Works closely with the Human Resources Solution Center (HRSC) and other stakeholders to identify process efficiencies and auditing needs.

Assist in designing effective audit procedures. Communicates audit requirements.

In collaboration with the HR leadership team defines security roles based on business needs and maintains related documentation.

Works closely with the IS team to translate business needs for system implementation.

Maintains working knowledge of interfaces and assists in determining interface specifications.

Single Point of contact for all HR reporting needs including gathering requirements submitting report requests and monitoring progress.

Collaborates with HRLT TDEE and other stakeholders to identify training needs and to develop training material and programs for end users.

Provides production support including researching troubleshooting and resolving HRIS problems and performing scheduled activities.
Provides ad-hoc analysis related to Lifeworks HR performance and the HR budget.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Other information:
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three years of HRIS or related experience required. Must have experience with HRIS reporting tools and advanced skills using Excel. (Experience above the minimum required may substitute for educational requirements on a one-to-one basis.)
