Pay Rate:$45-50/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

These are 5 shifts Monday-Friday onsite

Must have SPHR or SHRM-SCP

Job Description:

  • Responds to questions ranging from simple to very complex within 24 hours of initial inquiry regarding employment issues

and application of policies.

  • Interprets policies and practices for TCH employees and leadership, ensuring consistent application of the same within

regulatory parameters.

  • Conducts one-on-one meetings with employees or leadership, obtaining pertinent information, determining applicability of TCH policies and procedures to the issue at hand, recommending an action plan, and providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Facilitates the Employee Problem Solving (EPS) process by functioning as mediator, proposing potential solutions to issues

and coordinating any necessary hearings.

  • Initiates investigations of harassment, discrimination, misconduct or other allegations within 24 hours of notification,

conducting necessary interviews/meetings, recommending necessary course of action, and providing sufficient follow-up.o Extensive experience with investigating internal and external Employee Relations, Ethics Line, EEO, EEOC, DOL, and other regulatory agency complaints.o Demonstrated proficiency with conducting effective investigations in accordance with established investigatory guidelines to include intake, investigation plan, interviews, data analysis, resolution, report writing and record keeping.o Subject Matter Expert on legal requirements for ADA, Affirmative Action, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA and can demonstrate what their involvement has been specifically with Title VII, ADA, and FMLA.o Demonstrated proficiency in the ability to problem solve/trouble shooto Must be able to work under minimal supervision, provide effective service, support, consultation and resolution of complex ER inquiries and issues through the informed application of company policies, programs, procedures, and federal/state laws.o Must be able to provide response, consultation and successful resolution of employee relations questions and inquiries involving employees at all levels, from front-line non-exempt employees to senior level executives.o Must be able to provide consistent guidance and direction to people leaders (managers) in the handling of complex employee matters, including disciplinary recommendations, associated documentation, and preparation for employee conversations.Skills:

  • Broad knowledge of legal requirements related to Affirmative Action, Equal Employment, unemployment claims, etc., in

order to ensure Hospital is in compliance with these activities.

  • Ability to competently utilize computer word processors and spreadsheet programs, and HRIS software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management, and facilitation skills are required.
  • Incumbent must be able to interface effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization, work autonomously,

and maintain flexibility and adaptability.Preferred SPHR or SHRM-SCPEducation: Bachelor's Degree- Business Administration or related discipline- Required5 years experience in Human Resources with two (2) years experience in Employee Relations- Required

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
