The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to Mindful Care. This is a highly visible role where you will bring your analytical skills and expertise to the organization. You will work with leaders in the company to help them build meaningful dashboards and provide valuable information for strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

The primary objectives of the role are listed below:

  • Extract and cross-reference data from our various sources such DrChrono, Active Campaign, and GA4 to enable insights such as # of patients who seek (and receive) same day/next day care, discharge status, diagnosis, and use of certain cpt codes.
  • Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from Stakeholders to deliver data driven solutions. Produces technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards.
  • Engage in data exploration using various programming languages (SQL, Python, R) requiring advanced knowledge of multiple database structures.
  • Collect, clean, analyze, visualize, and interpret data to glean insights, and develop appropriate business recommendations.
  • Research and analyze data flow across complex data ecosystem including operational and analytical data platforms.
  • Serve as an expert resource supporting data questions and issues from stakeholders across the organization (Clinical, Finance, Marketing & Sales) and providing data solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst in a corporate environment working cross functionally and with executives
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a data analytical role in healthcare, preferably with in-network payor or provider in the mental health space
  • Proficiency with SQL programming, Azure data warehouse, and Metabase
  • Excellent analytical skills , able to identify trends and patterns from large and multi-dimensional data sets
  • Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn quickly and take direction
  • Must be able to effectively work in an ambiguous environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads with minimal frustration
  • Able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and provide excellent service for multiple internal internal and external customers

Salary & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 (DOE). In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and company holidays to name a few. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
