Job description
- Ensure accurate theatre and corporate cash GL accounts and Fandango online AR GL accounts by reconciling and analyzing the accuracy of financial information in a timely and cost efficient manner.
- Training the cash reconciliation staff accountant of daily cash processes, Recon Net, data warehouse functions, advanced excel, flux analysis and the recs impact and relationship to financial reporting and GL.

What you will be doing:
- Reconcile and analyze cash, credit cards and corporate bank accounts
- Create journal entries and record items to the General Ledger
- Recon Net CC reconciliation between theatre BOR and bank
- Analyze variance reports provided to other departments
- Train and supervise Staff Accountant on daily responsibilities
- Reconcile and analyze AR Online daily BOR files to payments from Online including refunds
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or Accounting)
- Experience with Recon Net, Data Warehousing, Microsoft applications, Crystal Reports and Oracle
- Demonstrate ability to identify research and resolve reconciliation problems
- Attention to detail
- Experience with cash settlement reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills for functions, pivot table and macros
