We are seeking an experienced and qualified AZ Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This candidate will be joining an experienced supervision team of Doctoral and Master’s level supervisors.

We are a pediatric behavioral health and learning company whose primary purpose is to bring quality behavioral services into the lives of as many people as possible. We have an ultra-modern and well-equipped behavioral therapy facility in addition to a skills-based school readiness institute intended for children who are preparing to enter the school environment.

Our goal is to create one of the finest behavioral health facilities in the country that advances the science of ABA as well as implementing speech services and disseminates this knowledge in consumable formats to parents, professionals, and anyone else who serves the learning and behavioral needs of children.

To enhance the lives of our patients and bring tremendous value, we are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to identify, evaluate, and treat speech and language disorders with pediatric patients. We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who wants to work with and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Therapist should be knowledgeable in the evaluation and treatment of receptive/expressive language, language processing, phonology, feeding disorders and augmentative communication technology.

This is a full time position with a unique and generous pay package. Compensation packages can be designed and tailored to the needs and preferences of unique and qualified applicants.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide consultative and direct speech and language therapy services.
  • Evaluate and write assessment reports and treatment plans for students receiving services.
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans and instructional programs.
  • Work closely with the BCBA’s and treatment team.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement therapeutic and educational programs.
  • Provide ongoing and periodic evaluations of patient’s progress, documenting progress
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with parents/caregivers and inform them of the student’s progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
