Position Summary:

• You will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation for patients demonstrating disorders of speech, language, cognition, swallowing, and other services as prescribed by a physician.
• Create individualized care plans for each treatment
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved/credentialed speech therapy curriculum
• Current State licensure for the practice of Speech Therapy.
