Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
Special Projects Officer, Partnerships
Full-time, exempt
RHA is looking for a Special Projects Officer, Partnerships to work as part of the State’s top public education and community outreach campaigns addressing California’s most pressing issues in partnership with trusted messages, with the Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications. They will serve as a highly skilled team member who will display a significant degree of judgement as they manage engagement with key stakeholders across the campaign. The position will be responsible for delivering sensitive information in a timely way to ensure client is informed, support strategic direction and ensure client’s success.
This position works in close collaboration with the Partnerships team and is responsible for supporting a stakeholder engagement strategy for a specific set of key partners and/or industries. This position is a remote position but incumbent must reside in California.
Minimum Qualifications
:
- Ten years of experience conducting complex research, analyzing data and insights and aggregating in client facing reports
- Ten years leading and managing a significant project, team or organization
- Demonstrated ability to develop large scale initiatives, programs or service offerings from ideation to implementation
- Five years of experience with organizing and overseeing community-based listening sessions
- Five years of experience planning and developing conferences, trainings or large-scale events
- Experience working directly with communities and community-based organizations that serve hard to reach populations
- Experience directly managing subcontractors and vendors
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Team to implement Partnership strategy and priority initiatives
- Provide strategic advice and ongoing consultation to Partnerships Team Deputy Director
- Develop plans for Partnership program development
- Develop and foster relationships to drive engagement and participation in Partnerships initiatives
- Present critical information to top level state officials, local officials, other groups and members of the public as necessary.
- Analyze program data and design reports to appropriately display performance and statistical information to track and measure progress as requested
- Approaches work with lens of guiding principles and values
