Job description

The Spare Parts Sales Representative is responsible for serving internal and external customers around the world. This Job, will provide a great learning opportunity, where he or she will be given the opportunity to learn and grow, all while handling a variety of tasks to support the aftermarket group. This team member will be energetic, be able to multi task, demonstrate effective customer communication, and us analytical thinking to make business decisions in many facets of his or her daily tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Work with the Aftermarket Services Team to support the sale of spare parts

· Prepare large spare parts bids/proposals with pricing

· Manage all customer quotes and orders in SAP

· Manage all customer repaired parts in SAP

· Facilitate Delivery Assurance and expediting, managing spares backlog to meet sales targets

· Support Logistics and Warehouse with expedited shipments

· Own customer part delivery commitment and execution

· Perform tech reviews of spares to confirm correct configuration

· Proactively participate in or lead team efforts to achieve departmental and Company goals and objectives

· Conduct root cause/corrective action on group performance metrics

· Adhere to all purchase order procedures, and process requirements

· Execute ad hoc projects, as required

Qualifications and Skills

· Team player; customer-focused

· Strong analytical and Excel skills

· Self-starter with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

· SAP experience or knowledge of

· Presentation skills

Education /Experience

· Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineer, Finance or Science field is a plus)

Additional Requirement

· Up to 10% domestic travel may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
