Lugano Ristorante is seeking an experienced hands on Sous Chef. Sous Chef will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef in this fast passed, high volume, large scale location. Job duties include but are not limited to: training and development of culinary staff, prep and production for service, ordering, maintaining food cost, labor control, as well as execution of service.
Candidate musthave a minimum of 2 years Sous experience. We are looking for the right person to join our culinary family immediately and ask that only serious candidates apply. Salary commensurate on experience. Emailed Resumes will only be accepted at this time.
