Job Title: Solution Analyst

Reports to: The Solutions Analyst will report to the Solutions Design Team


Job Overview:


Supports sales process through: business process, technology process, labor and financial analysis; client interface; documentation of current process and procedures; advising on service approach best practices.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


This client-facing role will design and create a full solution that optimizes an organizations service line work flow through interpreting and translating client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings.


Key Responsibilities:



Ø Develop project strategy by understanding key client objectives, diagnosing & mapping client requirements, articulating solution risks and barriers, and recommending project approaches


Ø Perform complex business process and document workflow planning activities which may require extensive research, analysis, and coordination among multiple teams within and the customer’s organization


Ø Design efficient workflows using various labor solutions and IT systems to meet business and technology needs


Ø Evaluate the customer’s requirements and determine the best fit for solutions


Ø Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams


Ø Become subject matter expert for all Office Services and Business Process Outsourcing solutions


Ø Gather feedback from end users about system performance


Ø Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)


Ø Keep abreast of technology trends and developments


Ø Serve as the primary pre-sales resource and assist in the discovery, development, and demonstration of Outsourcing Services to customers & potential clients



Ø Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives


Ø Support all pre-sales activities and lead the process to deliver responses to RFI and RFP requests


Ø Calculate time and cost required to complete projects based on efforts estimates as well as develop timely statements of work (SOW) based on customer requirements and technology capabilities


Ø Participate in persuasive presentations and Q&A sessions with key client executives and business process owners on solution, strategy & pricing regarding people, process & technology


Ø Attending implementation meetings for new accounts


Ø Train on-site management on methods of improved efficiency


Ø To interface with clients and be comfortable leading meetings to gather relevant information as required


Ø Project a professional and knowledgeable image to all prospective clients


Ø Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications


Ø To provide the link between the customer, implementation team and any third-party vendor, throughout implementation


Competencies:


Ø The position requires strong communication skills to articulate the value proposition of offerings to potential clients and customers


Ø Understanding business and technology needs


Ø Experienced in configuring outsourcing solutions utilizing global delivery centers (Vietnam experience is a plus)


Ø Designing, analyzing and implementing efficient IT systems


Ø Demonstrable evidence of gathering feedback from end users, analyzing and documenting complex business processes


Ø Personable, organized, excellent time management and understanding of business practices


Ø Results oriented with good communication skills


Ø Driven by client satisfaction, with proven track record of diplomacy and ownership


Ø Practical, enthusiastic, looking to grow within the company’s culture


Ø Strong integrity, solid business ethics



Ø Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or Business Analyst


Ø Has worked within global teams leveraging their experience to develop solutions spanning multiple countries


Ø Analytical mindset and Problem-solving aptitude


Ø Combined strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with project management skills


Ø Basic understanding of Sales process


Language Skills:


Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written skills. Additional languages a bonus.


Financial Skills:


Ø Ability to build price/cost models based on developed solutions


Ø Solid understanding of financial math and basic accounting


Ø Understanding of how our intercompany charges are accounted and charged


Ø Understanding the offshore pricing mechanisms and terminology


Qualifications:


Ø 2-4 years experience



Ø College degree in information science, computer science, engineering, business, administration, organization management or related area


Ø Advanced degree a plus


Ø Exceptional computer skills


Ø Industry related experience


Ø Understanding of basic selling skills


Ø Flexibility to travel up to 30%


Knowledge of SCLogic, UiPath, Kofax, Ephesoft, Mavro, FTNI, Certain Scan, Inubit,
Elasticsearch and Kibana
