What We Need:

Coldwell Solar, Inc is looking for talented, driven & entrepreneurial oriented sales representatives who are interested and dedicated to offering superior products and services to potential customers. We do not just sell projects and move on. Relationships are developed and representatives are expected to continue building and nurturing them.

What You'll Do:

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify

new sales leads.

  • Demonstrates an ability to make initial contact with potential clients and

nurture relationships toward closing projects.

  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their

business and electrical service needs; identifies and suggests solar and related
products and services to meet those needs.

  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of solar products, electrical services

and demands and/ or business services to customers based on their needs.

  • Demonstrates the ability to learn both simple design and cashflow of a solar

project proposal and is able to present in a professional adaptable manner.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and

relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them

of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost

business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

  • Is able to self manage a sales pipeline and dictate details of a potential

project via reporting metrics

  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR least five years of related experience required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
