Uprisun Energy & Technology offers one of the first nationwide commercial and residential sales platforms in the solar industry. As an Uprisun Commercial and/or Residential Energy Advisor, you’ll represent our internal sales team and be given every tool necessary to grow within our organization.

You’ll be given a unique opportunity to separate yourself from sales competition by a number of ways with access to industry experts and resources that do not exist anywhere else, utilize in-house financing options and provide customers with fully customizable proposals from the industry's top solar engineers.

As an Uprisun Energy Consultant, some of the in-house programs you’ll be able to take advantage of include:

1- Green Real Estate Advisor Program

  • We’ll show you how to recruit local and nationwide realtors so that you can create organic streams of leads generated by your realtors. All Green Realtor activity tracked through your sales Software.

2- NetworkPro Program

  • Onboard part-time energy advisors so that they can be trained to become digital marketing experts and networkers within the renewable energy space, creating yet another organic stream of leads that you then close. All NetworkPro activity is tracked through your sales software.

Our average, our hardworking & well-trained Energy Advisors earn between $150k-$200k in their first year working with us.

Yes, we offer training pay!

  • Close your first deal in the first 2 weeks of employment (assisted by a seasoned energy advisor), get a $1,000 bonus
  • Close 3 deals in your first month (including first deal within first 2 weeks); get another $1,500 for a total of $2,500 bonus training pay your first month on top of commission earned.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
