COMPLETE SOLARIA - SEASONAL (SUMMER) PROPOSAL DESIGN AGENT

Complete Solaria is looking for highly motivated, hardworking, and energetic candidates to join our Complete Solaria HelioDesk team for the summer. This role is perfect for students looking to work and save before school starts in the fall. This position will be responsible for building solar proposals, answering questions via chat, and maintaining our CRM tools. Candidates should have a familiarity with customer relationships and above-average computer skills. For example, if you are a wiz at double-clicking to highlight something, control-C to copy, with a quick control-V to paste into a different browser tab, all while chatting online, then this is where you belong.

Ultimately, your responsibility will be to perform every task needed as quickly and accurately as possible to enable more homeowners to go solar.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $15-$17/hr

Some opportunities to stay and continue working on a part or full time basis after the summer may be available.

Schedule:

Complete Solaria's HelioDesk team is open from 7am - 10pm MST Monday through Saturday. We are currently looking for Full-Time positions for the summer (Late April through August or until you have to return to school). Office is located in the heart of Silicon Slopes at Thanksgiving Point (Lehi, UT).

We have multiple shifts available, but spots are limited! All of our shifts are 4-10s! That's right, you only work 4 days a week! We will be hiring for all shifts:

Team A: M-TH Morning Shift

Team B: W-SAT Weekend Shift

Team C: M/T - F/SAT Split Shift

Team D: M-TH Night Shift

Qualifications

• Above average computer skills
• Organized, confident and self-starter
• Customer service experience (helpful, not required)
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to brand standards
• Creative and innovative
• Ability to meet quick timelines and work in a high pace environment
• Professional communication skills (particularly via chat/typing)

Responsibilities:

• Building Solar Designs
• Answering questions and addressing concerns from Sales Partners via Chat
• Maintaining our CRM (customer resource management) tools
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure
• Review pending orders and specific sales partners requests to ensure excellent service and experience
• Suggest process improvements
