Social Worker position available in a long term care facility in Brooklyn. The Social Worker will provide social work services to residents, their families and significant others. Along with having a caseload of residents who require long and short term care, the job also includes working with other disciplines as a team to achieve individualized, comprehensive, high quality care. Must have good organization and good oral and written communication skills. Willing to train enthusiastic candidates who are looking for a great opportunity. Competitive salary.
