Job description
  • Photographs newborn babies in a Hospital setting using company-issued camera and equipment and in a manner consistent with company guidelines.
  • Sells Mom365 products and services using effective top-down selling.
  • Conducts ongoing in-person sales and photography training with staff to ensuring hitting personal and team sales and photography session goals/targets.
  • Interviews, hires, trains, mentors, and supervises a staff of Photographers to ensure superb photography, effective sales skills, and precise data entry.
  • Schedules staff and self to make certain Hospital is properly covered seven days a week.
  • Completes all administrative processes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develops and maintains a strong, positive, and professional relationship with key Hospital personnel.
  • Provides Hospital clients with a single resource for problem resolution and customer service satisfaction.
  • Executes company programs and policies with Hospital personnel and communicates them as directed to Hospital clients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities—Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of business experience is preferred. Two years or more of photography experience; at least one year of prior supervisory experience including recruiting, screening, hiring, coaching, training responsibilities; and demonstrated success selling and motivating a team to meet product sales goals are required.

  • Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to assemble/install camera system and operate a digital camera (will train).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Must successfully meet all Hospital-specific credentialing requirements, including health and drug screening and criminal background check.

  • Push/Pull wheeled cart weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Lift newborn babies.

  • Manual dexterity is required when handling babies.
  • Operate photography equipment, laptop PC, printer, mobile phone, and other general office equipment.
  • Interact with customers, Hospital staff, and coworkers via phone and in person.
  • Travel via automobile and/or public transportation.
